Salisbury Steak 

1 can 10&3/4 oz condensed golden mushroom soup           
1&1/2 lbs ground beef           
1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs           
1/4 C finely chopped onion           
1 egg beaten           
1/3 C water           

mix all above plus 1/4 C condensed soup           
shape into 6 patties           
in skillet, brown patties           
blend remaining soup and water           
pour over patties           
cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes           

serves 3-4
